Description
A white petticoat that is knee length. The waistband is slightly elastic with a velcro band on the back to keep it secure. There are two sheer layers on the skirt with thickly grouped together ruffles along the hem. The petticoat has 2 tiers and both are pleated. The waistband has some loose stitching and several small spots. The other petticoat features an elastic waistband, synthetic top, and a nylon mesh. It is a full skirt length and the mesh is tiered with white bands. Slight tears and some discoloration along the top of the skirt. The waistband has some areas with frizzy pieces of loose thread. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for the first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5-10 each.
