Description
14 vintage souvenir scarves. The places that are depicted are Portugal, California, Southwestern America, Paris, London (two), Venice (three), the Green Isle of Erin, Quebec, medieval Europe, Japan, and Switzerland. The beauty of this collection is that the same design is never repeated even for the cities which are depicted several times. The scarves are mid century modern. They feature famous buildings, people, and flowers amongst the various scarves with the names of famous places. For some of the scarves, an outline of the represented place is depicted. They are all brightly colored and almost the same size. The scarves are mainly made from silk but polyester is included. There are rips, holes, and spotting on a few pieces. This was part of a NYC Archival Collection of Textiles for reproduction and inspiration purposes. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
