Reverse appliqué mola panels worked in three layers of black, yellow, and red cotton, each centering a large frontal frog rendered in bold orange and yellow outline against a black ground, the face densely filled with multicolored chevron embroidery and featuring two white almond-shaped eyes and a central nasal element surmounted by a pink embroidered crown. The body expands outward into broad, heart-shaped haunches filled with interlocking multicolored scroll and serpentine motifs in red, blue, green, and magenta, bisected by a central vertical spine. The outstretched legs terminate in scroll-form feet in yellow, blue, and red. The reverse panel presents an alternative orientation of the same frog figure with horizontally striated body elements and a fish in the field. The surrounding ground densely filled throughout with multicolored vertical bar elements. Techniques include reverse appliqué, appliqué, and embroidery. Applied to a full adult blouse constructed with bright magenta cotton body fabric, multicolored ric-rac trim at the yoke, black sleeve bands with blue ric-rac cuff trim, and red border at the hem.

Condition report:
Minor wear and fading consistent with age. Side seam and armhole on one side is unsewn. In house Flat Rate US Shipping of $15 for 1 -10 molas, $5 each additional 10 molas. Insurance is additional and required.
