Description
Antique c1900 Unusual Unnamed Applique Quilt Measuring 67 by 93 inches. It is comprised of 35 blocks, 13 by 13 inches, set straight, 5 by 7, with 18 appliqué blocks and 17 alternating solid white squares. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied red fabric binding, by machine. Workmanship is primitive.
