Description
Includes a multigenerational 1890-1930 Star in a Star Quilt top, 76 by 78 inches. The center sawtooth star is comprised of half square triangles and dates from about 1890 with the outer star points being comprised of half square triangles made of fabric from the 1940s. It is hand pieced. Along with a 1950s double wedding Ring quilt top measuring 79 by 96 inches. It is comprised of 42 interlocking rings, 18 inches in diameter, set straight, 6 by 7, with a pink and purple 4 patch at each intersection. It is hand pieced.
