Description
Vintage c1980 Cross Stitch Kit Quilt – Baltimore Brides by Paragon. Measures 80 by 90 inches. Made by Genevieve Odom of Fayette County, PA. Baltimore album style blocks done in cross-stitch with 12 blocks including wreaths, baskets and pots of flowers, and geometric designs. two bottom corner blocks have pots that tilt to the side. The border has a continuous vine with leaves and flowers and an edge pattern of double triangles. It is hand pieced, hand embroidered in cross-stitch, and hand quilted. Thin polyester batting and a pink cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied pink fabric binding.
