Description
Antique 1870 Linen Roll and Fabric Bag. There is an antique 1870s linen roll and a fabric bag which would have been attached to a sewing table included. The fabric bag has two blue strings and a black background. There is scroll work in brown and tan and there are two wooden panels on the inside. A pocket is on the outside. There are holes. toning, and spots. The inner lining is brown. It opens 6″x12″ with the inside allowing for more room. The exterior of the bag is 14″x19″. The linen roll features flowers and leaves in green, pink, blue, purple, and other muted tones. It has a silk backing. It is 21″x50″ and the silk backing shows rips, fading, and fragileness. The patterned area showcases spots, toning, and slight tears.
