Description
Vintage c1940 Radiating Star Quilt measuring 68 by 80 inches. It is comprised of 60 degree diamonds about 1.5 inches along one side against a blue background. There is an 8 inch strippy triple border along the top and bottom in solid blue, pink, and blue. It is hand and machine pieced and hand quilted in a Baptist fan motif. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied red fabric binding.
