Description
Antique c1880 Log Cabin Quilt arranged in a way I have never seen and I am calling a Houndstooth Arrangement. Measures 68 by 78 inches. It is comprised of 42 blocks, 10 by 10 inches, set straight, 6 by 7. There is a 2.5 inch to 3.5″ brown striped border. It is hand pieced, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a brown print reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back, by machine. The quilter consistently used the same double green, double pink, and chrome yellow print fabrics in all the blocks.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with a few small spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
