Description
Vintage 1950s Progress Pansy Kit Quilt measuring 75 by 88 inches. Bouquet of 5 large pansies and sprays of other flowers in a medallion with the scalloped edge with individual pansy blossoms forming a ring around the medallion with smaller sprays of one pansy, buds and small blue flowers on the corners. There is one large pansy on each side of the medallion with smaller blooms between them. It is hand appliquéd, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with a solid blue applied binding.
Condition report:
It is in fair condition with storage line discoloration, small spots, and one fabric is starting to wear in one flower. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
