Description
Vintage c1930 Mexican Rose Quilt measuring 69 by 70 inches. It is comprised of 9 blocks, 18 by 3 inches, set straight, 3 by 3, with 3.5″ pink solid sashing and inner border. There is a triple outer border 5.5″ wide of solid white, pink, and white. It is machine pieced, machine appliquéd, and hand quilted. Medium loft cotton batting and a pink solid reverse. The edge is finished by solid binding. All fabric is appears to be a cotton sateen.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with a few small spots and very minor color bleeding, common with the sateen fabrics for this time period. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
