Description
Vintage c1880 Basket Quilt Top Measuring 64 by 82 inches. It is comprised of 30 blocks, 9.5 by 9.5 inches, set on point, with a double pink print setting squares and triangles. It is hand pieced. A cotton sheet has been used as a reverse to protect the quilt top, applied by machine, knife edge style or pillowcase style. There is no batting or quilting. Nice variety of period brown prints.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with several spots, minor fading, and discolorations. The reverse has an adhesive type residue, now stiff, along the sides. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
