Description
Pair of Vintage c1940 Mosaic Medallion Quilts, each about 39×82 inches and comprised of 7/8″ hexagons in solid colors: Shades of yellow, pink, purple, green, and blue. They are hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a solid pale yellow reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, applied by hand. Very graphic!
Condition report:
Both have random Grandmothers Flower Garden blocks appliquéd on the front and the back, I believe they are repairs. They are in otherwise very good condition. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
