Description
2 Antique Late 19th Century Red and White Quilts includes an 1890s Redwork Quilt in a Garden Maze Block, measuring 79 by 77 inches. It is machine pieced, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. Blocks are arranged so that the center is facing up, and the left and the right sides would be facing up when draped on a bed. Along with an On Point 9 patch or Irish chain quilts in a variety of red and white, and red and black prints. It measures 68 by 85 inches. It is machine pieced and hand quilted.
Condition report:
Redwork quilt is in fair condition with fading, spots, and I believe the red binding is a replacement from the early. 9 Patch quilt is in fair condition with a few small spots and overall edge wear, the binding does need to be replaced. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
