Description
Vintage c1940 Tulip Applique Quilt measuring 66″ x 80″. It is comprised of 16 Tulip Applique blocks, 15″ x 15″, set straight, 4 by 4. 1″ yellow and 1″ red sashing. There is a 1″ green inner border, 3″ lavender border on 2 sides. It is hand pieced and hand appliquéd and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting. The reverse is off white. The edge is finished front to back. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. Condition report:
It is in good condition, there is overall fading, most notably on the red fabric, a few spots and 2 areas where applique has came unsewn. US Shipping $30
