Vintage and Antique Samplers. There are 10 samplers included with 2 framed. 5 of the samplers that are included are signed with 4 of them being signed by V. W. King between 1952 and 1963. The scenes depicted by V. W. King is a map of the United States of America in a black wooden frame, a cross stitch garden scene, a calendar with only the months listed, and an interior house scene with cross stitching that is framed. The other signed piece is dated July 11, 1947 in New Jersey for the wedding of Alexander Mac Laren which features the bride and groom, rings, doves, bells, and flowers. The other pieces feature a cabin, a tree, fruit, houses, and more with each piece featuring cross stitch work and words and phrases. There are some age spots and toning on a few pieces. The pieces range in size. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
