Description
Antique c1890 Favorite Block Quilt. Measures 79″ x 75″. It is comprised of 42 blocks, 5″ along a side, set on point and staggered, 6×7 with 3″ deep plum wool sashing, partial block setting pieces and 3″ brown print border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. It has a thin cotton batting with a plaid cotton reverse. The edge is finished with a narrow applied Congo red fabric binding that has gone fugitive to melon. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. It is in fair condition with the stripe fabric starting to thin and several small holes in the sashing. US Shipping $30
