Description
Vintage c1940 Bird on Branch Quilt measuring 77 by 85 inches. It is comprised of 90 blocks, 8 by 8 inches, set straight, 9 by 10, with a 3 inch solid green border. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, hand embroidered (bird eye and beak), and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied solid green bias tape binding. It is in good condition with several horizontal lines of spots and discoloration. This is a very unique and sweet pattern and one that is new to me! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
