Description
Antique 1915 Indiana Amish Monkey Wrench Quilt measuring 66×88″. Comprised of 35 Monkey Wrench blocks, 6×6″, set on point, 5 by 7 with claret sateen alternating blocks and setting triangles. There is a 4.5″ tan inner border and 6.5″ claret outer border. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and am off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, by machine. In the bottom inner border is hand quilted DM 1915. The consignor provided an original receipt stating “Amish”. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
