Description
A collection of 11 contemporary scarves, crafted from silk, polyester or rayon blends. The group comprises various designs, predominantly featuring fluid, hand-marbled (Ebru-like) patterns in diverse color palettes including monochrome black/white, vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows, cool blues, greens, and purples, as well as earthy tones. Specific marbled designs observed are consistent with ‘Angel Wing Pattern’ and ‘Cathedral Pattern’ as identified in market research. Other pieces exhibit geometric or tie-dye/shibori-inspired motifs. One scarf bears a label ‘MADE IN CHINA’ and ‘100% SILK’ with RN 73664. Another scarf includes a brand label ‘S RUBEL New York, N.Y.’ (partially visible). The items appear to be of contemporary or relatively modern period.
