Little Hewson Bird in a Ring Quilt measures 37×38″. Broderie Perse appliqued bird in the center from a reproduction chintz fabric, in a ring of diamonds, and a wreath of leaves. There is a fussy cut stripe borders, and an on point pieced square border. Very sweet! It is machine pieced, hand and machine appliqued, and machine quilted. The quilt is in excellent condition with excellent workmanship. The quilt is signed and dated 2016 by Ellen Rosenbach on a label on the reverse. Please see the About This Auction for her story!
