Description
Vintage and Antique Sterling Initial Jewelry. The lot includes vintage and antique sterling initial jewelry. Featuring a late 19th century bracelet consisting of .58” wide black silk grosgrain ribbon strung with a .82” x 1.20” pierced sterling slide with script LCD initials, both the initials and the frame are studded with marcasites. The bracelet also has sterling closure with a slide and sterling end tab embellished with scrollwork borders. It is also adjustable and can accomodate up to a 7” wrist. The piece is inmarked but tested as sterling and is in fair condition with two missing marcasites and wear to the silk ribbon. Also included is a 1.66” x 1.37” art deco sterling initial brooch featuring a art nouveau inspired frame with starburst accents and script FRH initials. The entire front of the brooch os studded with marcasite accents and mark sterling at the back with a hinged bar closure and locking C closure. In good condition.
