Description
Antique c1870 Snowflake Quilt measuring 72 by 72 inches. It is comprised of 16 blocks, 13 by 13 inches, set straight, 4 by 4 with 2.5 inch green print sashing and double pink cornerstones. Using the same fabric that’s in the block creating a secondary design. There is a 6.5 inch pieced zigzag border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied double pink fabric binding. It is in poor condition with overall toning, spots, edge wear, and minor fabric deterioration. Areas of the overdyed green fabric are revealing the blue underneath. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
