Description
Antique c1870 Tents of Armageddon Charm Quilt measuring 71 by 89 inches. It is comprised of 35 horizontal rows of 27 triangles and smaller triangles along the vertical sides. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a double blue print reverse. The edge is finished with a blue print applied binding. It is in good condition with a few small discolorations on the front, and larger more obvious discolorations on the reverse. This quilt appears to be a charm quilt with no to triangles having the same fabric. The fabrics include a variety of browns, Centennial greens, shirtings, stripes, and one Centennial print is noted. I just love these fabric libraries of the period! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
