Edwardian Fortuny Style Tunic Dress. The lot includes an Edwardian Fortuny style sleeveless black silk velvet tunic dress. Featuring a round neckline, an detachable black velvet waist tie with a black silk tassel, metallic embroidery, and seed beads in bronze and blue tones in a floral sc roll work and geometric motifs, Laying flat the dress measures: Bust: 24”, Shoulders: 24”, Waist: 23”, Length: 50”. The dress is in fair condition with the silk velvet fabric becoming brittle, tarnished metallic embroidery, split seams at the underarms, past repairs to the neck line, and small tears to the right arm opening.
