Description
Vintage Taupe Kimono. Featured is a silk kimono from Japan that has a taupe exterior and a blood orange lining. At the bottom of the kimono there are a variety of flowers including chrysanthemums, plum blossoms, and others in pink, yellow, blue, white, and more. The sleeves and bodice contain Japanese motifs such as butterflies and sinuous lines in a dark taupe damask to create a subtle but evocative image. Laid flat, it has the following measurements: Shoulders: 26″, Sleeve Width: 13″, Sleeve Length: 24.5″ Length: 61″. The kimono is in good condition through there are some loose threads by the pits on both sides, a small fading section on the back at the hem, and some slightly raised threads.
