Description
Antique 18th Century Crewel Embroidery on Linen Fragment. The lot contains an 18th century crewel embroidery fragment on linen. The piece measures 18″x27.5″ with surface embroidery made from wool. Said embroidery features flowers primarily in pink with shades of blue, green, and yellow featured as well. The linen fragment shows signs of age with some discoloration, spots, several holes, and rips in the fragment putting it in fair/poor condition. Some of the embroidery has lost threads. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $15 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
