Description
Vintage c1930 Star of Bethlehem Quilt measuring 75 by 81 inches. The center star is a variety of solid and print fabrics, about 68 inches wide. There is a solid white border on the top and bottom, 4 inches and a scrappy triple border in solid fabrics along the sides, 3.5 inches. It is hand and machine pieced, hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied blue fabric binding, by hand. It is in good condition with just a few small faint yellow spots.
