Description
Includes two Spanish folding fans with hand-painted motifs. The vintage floral fan is marked Nispero Locado, hand made in Spain and measures 9 1/2 in x 15 in; it features a fabric leaf and lacquered wood guards and ribs with posy’s of forget me nots, and a rhinestone rivet. The second antique fan depicts hand painted flamenco dancers, a fabric leaf, and wooden ribs and guard. It measures 9 1/2 in x 16 1/4 in and is in poor condition with several broken ribs, a past repairs attempt which tied the ribs together to hold in place, preventing full expansion, paint loss.
