Description
3 antique evening fans with black ostrich feathers. The largest fan measures 16 in x 26 in and faux tortoise shell celluloid guards and ribs, with a silver-toned applied ID monogram. The ribbon lacing on the ribs has detached in several places. The medium fan measures 13 in x 17 in with faux tortoise shell celluloid guards, with several feathers detached from the ribs in some areas and several broken ribs. There is an attached black silk tassel and woven silk closure loop. It is no longer functional. The smallest fan measures 10 in x 14 in and has tapered ostrich feathers, wooden guards and ribs with painted silver embellishments. There are several chips to the wooden elements.
