Description
Antique double-sided paper folding fan featuring hand-colored designs and hand painted accents. As well as printed silver borders. It has white mother of pearl ribs and guards with decorative silver inlay and pierce work. The elaborate metal loop has a rhinestone rivet. It is in fair/poor condition with tears, slight toning, and storage line discoloration at the fold junctions. 1 broken rib and past repairs on both the ribs and guards. Measures 10 1/2 in x 19 3/4 in. Accompanied by a vintage fan box stamped Bailey, Banks, and Biddle Co, Philadelphia. Please see the photos for details.
