Description
Group of 4 vintage brown and tan hats from the 1950s and 60s. Includes a 1960s brown velour hat from Garbers with a tall round crown and short brim, featuring brown satin overlays, ric rac trim, and a brown satin band, in good condition. A 1950s size 22 bonnet-style brown Merrimac velour hat in a staggered design with a brown illusion veil and a brown velour bow at the back secured by a rhinestone bar, in good to fair condition with damage to the veil. Also includes a taupe wool toque-style hat with a downward-facing brim and a taupe grosgrain ribbon band, in fair condition with misshaping. Lastly, a light brown wool felt bucket-style hat with a knit ivory wool band, metallic leaf-shaped appliques, and a tan illusion veil accent, in fair condition with extensive moth or carpet beetle damage to the knit band and oxidation on the metallic appliques.
