Description
An Edwardian black straw hat featuring a wide upturned brim and rounded crown. Embellished with white silk flowers and greenery, it also showcases a taupe grosgrain ribbon double bow. The hat is lined in black cotton with added horsehair braid for secure attaching. In fair condition with missing and damaged straw in several areas. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
