Restored antique hat features intricate black lace over a beige silk under brim, highlighted by a dramatic black plume and complemented by a navy grosgrain ribbon. In very good condition. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
