Description
Antique large-sized cloche hat made of light blue silk chiffon, measuring approximately 23 1/2 inches. It features a lace beret-style top with intricate silver threads woven throughout, a silver-trim band encircling the shirred crown, and a metallic silver bow complementing the side. The wide matching brim adds symmetry to the overall design. There are a few small stains underneath the brim, while the rest of the hat is in otherwise good condition. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
