Description
Antique black fine straw braid perching hat from the 1910s. The hat’s design features a wire frame base with a steel blue velveteen underside and decorative bows, accentuated by black satin flowers for a textured appearance. It includes horsehair attachments and comes with a decorative hat pin. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
