Description
Antique wide oval-brim hat that features sage green iridescent silk covering the brim, forming a shimmering base. Adorned with gray and pink organdy flowers, the detailing includes self-shirring and cording on the crown. Complemented by soft feathers, the arrangement adds texture and depth. The piece measures approximately 24 1/2 inches and it is in good condition. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
