Description
Lot includes two silk antique folding fans. The larger fan features a silk leaf with delicate scalloped lace trim, mother of pearl guards and ribs, pierced bone ribs visible on the reverse, a metal loop, and a mother of pearl rivet. It has discoloration, spots, and small holes on the leaf. Measures 12 1/2″ x 24″. The smaller fan consists of a silk leaf with lace applique, hand embroidery, spangles, lace trim, and carved bone guards and ribs. It has discoloration on the bones, tears, and discoloration on the leaf, and a broken rib is visible on the reverse. Measures 9 1/2″ x 17″. Please see the photos for details.
