Description
Vintage c1970 Polyester Double Knit Grandmother’s Flower Garden Quilt measuring 82×111″. It is comprised of 21 Rosettes, set on point and staggered, 3 by 6. The rosettes are made of 2″ heaxagons with a white center, a round of print and a round of white. They are separated with 3 rows of white hexagons. It is It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There appears to be no batting, but there is a green chambray style polyester knit reverse. The edge is finished with an applied binding of that same fabric. It is in good condition with several large spots and areas of discoloration. But this is a quilt that will last a lifetime and can be washed quite easily, although very heavy.In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
