Description
Antique c1850 Endless Chain Quilt measuring 85 by 81 inches. It is comprised of 49 blocks, 8 by 8 inches, set on point and staggered in a 4″ overdyed green print streak of lightening arrangement. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied red print binding. There are several signatures on the quilts in ink, unfortunately they are illegible. It is in fair condition with spots, fading, and a few of the Turkey red prints are starting to deteriorate.In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
