Description
Antique Flying Geese Quilt – Multitudinous small scale piecing! It measures 64 by 79 inches. It is comprised of 32 vertical rows of flying geese that measure 1.5 inches wide. Each Triangle unit is also less than and inch high. Very small scale. There is a 2 inch blue print shirting inner border and a 2.5 inch red print outer border. It is hand pieced, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and and off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, applied by hand. It is in good condition with some toning, fading, and age discoloration. Only minor fabric deterioration (4-6 fabrics). In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
