Group of Red and Blue Work Embroidery. The lot includes a mixed lot of red and blue embroidered pieces featuring 41” x 17.5” antique blue work embroidered valance featuring birds resting on a scrollwork pediment with 3” fringe. In good condition. An art deco 4 piece blue embroidered canvas set (a valence, 2 side panels and a rectangular panel) featuring a dog eating dinner and cooking a meal. The valence measures 53.5” x 39”, side panels: 31” x 21”, rectangular panel: 38” x 26”, the set is in good condition with mild toning. A pair of sheer linen Good Morning/Goodnight pillow covers featuring red chain stitched soutache embroidery in swirling loops creating patterns, they measure 23”x 25.” and are in good condition with some of the stitching coming undone, mild toning, and a few yellow spots. 1 antique small white linen pillow lay over featuring a red embroidered ”SHI” monogram and a 2” cotton bobbin lace trim. It measures 16” x 16” and is in good condition. Also included are 4 red work embroidered cotton panels featuring 4 different heads of Victorian women in fanciful hats.
