8 Vintage Black Americana Kitchen Towels. The lot includes a mix of 7 (1 pair, 6 single) vintage cotton kitchen towels with black americana caricature designs/embellishments. Featuring 1 pair of cotton towels with an applique and embroidered caricature black woman on one and a white butler on the other. 1 cotton towel with an applique and embroidered caricature of a black woman cooking eggs and green striped ends. 1 towel with an applique and embroidered caricature of a black woman cooking eggs with the phrase “Sunny Side Up” and a blue gingham trim. 1 cotton towel with an embroidered and applique caricature of a young black child eating corn on the cob with a red gingham trim. As well as 1 cotton tea towel with an applique and embroidered caricature of a black man picking cotton. 1 cotton towel with an applique and embroidered caricature of a black woman with red, black, and blue striped sides. The towels are in fair condition with some having toning, fading, storage line discoloration, spots, and a musty odor. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
