Description
5 mini quilts or wall quilts from the Bobbie Aug Collection. Includes Triangle Flowers in baskets, 18×18″, by Barbara Barr. Sunbonnet Sue in ethnic prints and wide brim hats, 13×18. Grandmother’s Fan, 15×16″, made with vintage fabrics by Lisa Bradley. Dresden Plate by Bobbie Fisir, 18×24″. And Feathered Star with Cowboy and Fish novelty fabrics, 20×20″. All in very good condition, all have sleeves on the back for hanging. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer, quilt store co-owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
