Description
Antique c1890 Pineapple Coverlet Quilt with provenance from Meriden, CT. It measures 67 by 81 inches. It is comprised of 30 blocks, 13 by 13 inches, set straight, 5 by 6. It is hand pieced on muslin foundation squares. There is no batting and a muslin on each block is nicely finished on the back. The edge is finished with a blue print on white fabric applied binding. There is no batting or quilting. A small hand written tag is attached to the quilt with provenance that the quilt was made for William C warns of Meriden, Connecticut. It is in good condition with minor spots and edge wear. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
