Description
Vintage 1950 Friendship or Signature Quilt with reference to Bible Verses. it measures 70 by 84 inches. It is comprised of 20 blocks, 10.5 by 10.5 inches, set straight, 4 by 5, with 4 inch pink sashing and 7 inch pink border. It is machine pieced, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. No date or geographic location is noted. But each block does have an embroidered name and a reference to a Bible verse. mostly Old Testament, with a few New Testament. Thin cotton batting and a pink solid reverse. The edge is finished with and a pink fabric binding. It is in good condition with only minor discolorations. There is a sleeve on the back for hanging. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
