3 20th Century Woven Velvet Rugs. The lot includes 3 vintage 20th century machine loomed small rayon/cotton velvet rugs featuring 1 Italian made c1930 brown and tan rug with the image of a man and woman standing beside a horse, it measures 46” x 24” including its side fringe. In poor condition with heavy fading and spots. 1 vintage c1950 small velvet rug featuring 4 white kittens standing on a log, measuring 38” x 20”. In fair condition with slight toning. 1 vintage c1940 velvet rug featuring white peonies and daisies on a pink ground measuring 46.5” x 21” including its cotton fringe. In fair condition with toning, faded fringe, and the visible outline of a wire waste bin embossed into the velvet. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
