Antique Embroidered Apparel Fragments and More. The lot includes 7 antique pieces of mixed embroidered apparel fragments featuring 2 matching antique embroidered and beaded bibs/collars with a red ground and a red felt backing with pinked edges. They measure 10” x 10” including their ribbon tabs. In fair condition with edge wear, light fading, and broken ribbon tabs. 1 antique raised silver tone metallic floral embroidered fragment on a red velvet ground measuring 16” x 5” with a cotton canvas backing. It is in fair/poor condition with losses to the velvet pile and slight tarnishing to the metallic gimp. 1 small antique embroidered and beaded fragment on a red wool ground measuring 11” x 5.5” with no backing. It is in fair/poor condition with several holes to the wool base material. 2 matching unfinished antique embroidered collars featuring Eastern European motifs in subdued tones measuring 15” x 12” and 13” x 15” including their canvas grounds. The pair is in fair condition with a few small losses to the wool embroidery. 1 vintage brocade scrollwork trim on a yellow ground featuring silver lame threads, and raised gold lame scrolls.
