2 Antique Palmer Cox Childrens Books. The lot includes 2 late 19th century illustrated children’s books by Palmer Cox author of “The Brownies”. Featuring 1 c1893 copy of Cock Robin from the sunshine series featuring black/white and color illustrations. It measures 9” x 6.5” and is in fair condition with rusted staples, a partially split spine, and toning. Also included is 1 c1897 copy of The Jolly Chinee illustrated by Palmer Cox, story by E. Veale featuring black and white images. It measures 9 1/4” x 6 1/4” and is in fair condition with toning, a slightly split spine, and lightly rusted staples.
