Description
Antique 1839 Figural and Fancy Coverlet by Daniel Arnold of Chambersburg, PA for Catherine Miller. it measures 82 by 93 inches with a 1.5 inch colorful fringe along the sides and a 4 inch neutral fringe along the bottom. There is a hand sewn seam down the center. The design features several flowers and stars with feather and star borders. Catherine Miller 1839 is woven in the bottom corners, and along the bottom border is signed D Arnold Chambg. It is in very good condition with only minor discoloration and a thread pull.
